Created from a spin-off from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, IUNGO S.p.A. is specialised in the optimisation of Supply Chain Collaboration and related company processes, thanks to the technological excellence of its innovative IUNGO software.
IUNGO’s winning formula resides in imagining the e-mail as the only really effective tool to interface with suppliers. This resulted in the idea of patenting an email process (IUNGOMail) that would allow all suppliers to respond to purchase orders, offer requests or any other process without bringing new technologies into the company.
Today, over 350 companies, many who operate worldwide and in different product sectors (manufacturing/mechanical, fashion and luxury, industrial automation, food and distribution…) have implemented IUNGO software to automate their Procurement processes and Supply Chains in general.
The IUNGO community includes over 70,000 integrated Italian and international suppliers.
