Supplier evaluation is based on a score known as the Vendor Rating Index (VRI), a value ranging from 0 to 100, calculated by correlating the indicators that make up operational performance.

For example, on-time delivery, product quality, and flexibility are standard KPIs automatically calculated by IUNGO through its supplier management modules and can be included in the VRI calculation according to the configuration best suited to your organization.

Additional KPIs calculated by external systems can also be imported when the related processes are not managed within IUNGO.
